• Since we are an exclusive agent of FWD Fuji Life, we recommend FWD Fuji Life products to our customers.
• If you wish to propose products other than those recommended by our company, please inform our staff to that effect. Among the products handled by our company, we will explain the products that the customer wants and make a proposal according to your intentions.

(2) Insurance products in the second category (automobile insurance, fire insurance, etc.)

• We recommend products from Triangle Small Amount and Short-term Insurance Company to our customers.

3 Authority of producers

【About Life Insurance】

• Our life insurance producer acts as an intermediary for the life insurance contract between the customer and the insurance company to which the applicant is applying, and does not have the right to represent you in concluding the contract. When the insurance company accepts, the policy is valid.
• Our life insurance producers are not entitled to receive notices. The right to receive notification is reserved only by life insurance companies and physicians designated by life insurance companies. Even if you speak verbally to our life insurance producer, it does not constitute a notification, so please fill out the notice form.

【Small-amount short-term insurance and non-life insurance】

• Our non-life insurance producer acts as an intermediary or agent in the conclusion of a non-life insurance contract between the customer and the insurance company to which the applicant is applying.
• Depending on the insurance products handled by the Company, there are also products for which the Company's non-life insurance producer has the right to receive notices.
• If the contents of the insurance application form (notice) notified to the customer are not true, the contract may be canceled or invalidated, and the insurance claim may not be paid, so please notify us correctly.

4 Purpose of use of personal information

We will use your personal information to the extent necessary for business such as life insurance, non-life insurance, and the provision of incidental and related services. It will not be used for any other purpose.
